Because, you know, it's one of the best opening sequences ever. Plus, nearly a decade later, the movie is more relevant than ever.

Reading over. Thanks to everyone who came and checked it out! Welcome, folks. The show will start right at ten, so sit back and enjoy. At any time, leave a comment or question in the comments section, and I'll get to those at the end of the reading. Thanks for visiting, and enjoy.

A good time tonight hanging out with authors Steve Umstead, Griffin Hayes, and Joe Hart. We hung out for nearly two hours, talking about -- you guessed it -- writing and publishing and whatever else. There were some technical problems I want to get sorted out before I host another hangout -- like, it seems Google+ Hangouts are not open to just anybody, but rather you first have to be in someone's circles -- so there's that. When will there be another hangout? Who knows. But it was definitely fun talking shop with people I've ever only corresponded with via Twitter or email or blogs. Now, have you seen the trailer for Skyfall yet? I'm psyched. I'm probably the only person who actually enjoyed Quantum of Solace. I think Daniel Craig makes a great Bond -- more true to the actual character Ian Fleming created. I have high hopes for this one.
